Zombies at TSG!

Last month, TSG Studios was challenged with creating a video to celebrate VentureTech Network’s 15th anniversary. TSG is a member of Ingram Micro’s VentureTech Network (VTN). VTN is a partnership of independent IT resellers across North America that facilitates the sharing of ideas, resources, and technologies. TSG is part of VTN’s Snowbelt Chapter, which includes IT companies from West Virginia, Ohio, New York, Western Pennsylvania and Northern Kentucky.
VTN encouraged each of its chapters to submit a video to honor the anniversary, so TSG Studios created a post-apocalyptic zombie video, filmed on-location at TSG’s office at The Highlands. Fellow Snowbelt Chapter members Adrian Zannin and Matt Wiertel participated as actors in the video, along with numerous TSG staff members.
The Snowbelt Chapter won the video competition and donated its $1000 prize to victims of the Boston Marathon bombing. Great job to everyone involved, and special thanks to Megan Higgins for her zombie make-up artist skills!

TSG VoIP

TSG is pleased to introduce our new VoIP (Voice over IP) phone system
TSG VoIP is a hosted, virtual VoIP system that provides organizations with an enterprise-class hosted phone service, customizable to fit your needs. It is a fully managed, cloud-based system, offering the convenience of an online, IP-based telecommunications system that is flexible, professional, portable, and scalable.

TSG’s hosted VoIP is delivered at a lower price-point than legacy systems, which produces a dramatically lower total cost of ownership. Pricing is based on lines and extensions, just like your traditional service, so billing is simplified and easy. TSG’s hosted VoIP system requires little up-front capital, uses standards-based equipment, and simplifies phone system management, all at a low and predictable monthly service cost.

A single web interface allows real-time, total control of all of your incoming and outgoing phone calls, including monitoring of call centers, call recording, and more. The advanced reporting system allows you to manage productivity by trending incoming and outgoing call patterns for specific extensions or groups of extensions. Distribution reports will show when your phone system is being used, so staff levels can be adjusted to optimize customer service.

Experience the power of an enterprise-class hosted VoIP system for your small or medium business. For more information on TSG VoIP or to schedule a demo, please call Rob Materkoski.
